A3. The Central Research Laboratory focuses on multi-
disciplinary research across a range of disciplines, including molecular biology, analytical chemistry, cell culture, biomaterial, synthesis, physiology and nutrition, postgraduate and data lab. We also provide CRL Testing Unit that specialized in honey testing.

A6: The length of time required to complete a research project in Central Research Laboratory depends on the complexity and scope of the project. It can take anywhere from a few days to a few months or years to complete a research project.
A7. Typically an approval is needed for the first time user in order to access our CRL laboratories. For registration and application of lab access, user need to apply through the Research Lab Management System (RLMS) https://rlms.amdi.usm.my/. Once approved, users can access the laboratories according to application.
